septum piercing

kay so i got my septum done a week ago then now i think its started to drop
today and yesterday wehn i was cleaning it it just seemed lower
it was originally pierced fairly high up, so im not sure if this is normal or not
but im really worried
what can i do to stop this?
i really dont want to take it out
also iv been wearing it flipped up whilst it heals
is this the problem?
what will happen if i leave it flipped up untill its fully healed will it get worse?
sorry for all the questions! but im proper worried about it.
