I sometimes don't sleep too well or just don't sleep enough and the next day at work after the busy period (morning) I feel very tired to the point that I have fallen asleep at my desk with my eyes open (says my colleague).

I have tried energy drink such as red bull, also tried pro plus and strong coffee... nothing works for me...

Can anyone recommend anything else that would work...

Not realy just heavy breathing due to problem with my nose...
Maybe a bit of exercise would help?
Quite....that is my point.

It could be that you have obstructive sleep apnoea which is making you tired and an ENT man may be able to give you some advice.

I dont think I have obstructive sleep apnoea as I dont remember waking up during the night, just sometimes feel as if I am in a light sleep or I wake up and it feels like I had just fallen asleep if that makes sense...

My husband tells me that I sing, talk and do many gestures and moving during the night every one in a while...
On these nights I know it be normal to feel tired the next day
but I feel tired every morning regardless...

if you had sleep apnea you wouldnt know that you were sleeping well.

there was a guy in news last year who went to bed for 12 hours or so a night and actually only got about an hours sleep, but he didnt know it til he went to a sleep clinic for tests
try takeing nightall tablets they are herbal and work a treat for me when i occasionally take them
