why do i keep getting a thin yellow flashing bar above each window that says this page wants to run addons?

I've been and checked a few of my regular sites and it seems to be on all of them. It is on most pages and always on AB. I am using IE.

it actually just says it wants to run abobe flash player from adobe systems incorported

Adobe has recently had a major update, I think, and it's nothing to worry about. You can add this without causing problems.
