Don't tell the Bride

On 'Dont tell the bride' last night (15th April), the bride read a lovely poem instead of the standard wedding vows. As she cried most of the way through it (bless her) I didnt hear all the words...though it started with something like 'you are like sunshine...'.
Does anyone know the full poem and who it is by?
