oooh, can i add my own to this question to try and be constructive, i cant always log my wireless network laptop onto my broadband connection, usually i have to remove the network card about 6 or 7 times at least to get it to suddenly accept the connection, someone once said there might be interference from another device but how do i change it so it always connects? i am windows xp and belkin network card with belkin wireless router.

Sorry if i am taking over this users question but at least mine is more informative and could be a similar problem to there brief question

Make sure all the username/password/ISP details are copied exactly. Some ISPs will not let you log in twice. ie if you are logged in on your desktop, you may not be able to log in on your laptop.
