Hi can any help me please because I am going crazy with worry. I have just started selling on Ebay, and have a Business account.

The first item I sold went through ok, but subsequent items are just hanging. it has got to the end of auction and I have emailed the winning bidder.
Ebay then informs me that the amounts are pending, but where are they pending. I have received no email to say that they have been paid.

I dont understand and their help page is a nightmare.

Someone please please help me. I dont know what to do.

I have just messaged them to ask them if they have paid into the right email account but I am so stressed right now.

2 questions
1) are you trading as a buisness or personal account
2) Have you "confirmed" your account?
you need to do a number of things when you set up a paypal / ebay account. like linking your paypal account to your bank account, then confirming who you are then confirming your paypal account is active. It can take up to 2 weeks to do it all and it can be stressfull. Get back to me if you need any more help.

I am not an expert regarding eBay; however, I don't think that they are involved in the monetary transactions. You have to go to your PayPal account to find out what, if anything, is happening to your money.

Hi afcjan I heard a while ago that paypal would not put the money into your account until you had a positive feedback from the seller or until a month had passed but that does not seem to be the case as I have had money released to me from paypal before I got feedback.

You can now phone ebay and the number is on your home page in the top right hand corner.

I am not sure if a business account works different though.

well rnchugg, I am pretty well sure i have a business account. and I have had an established account since 2004 but done mostly buying. i never gave bank details only credit card details and I am not verified yet. is that the same as confirmed. im a bit worried about giving bank details.

I have had one payment come through but two are pending, what a nightmare it is.

hey knobby I hope this is the only nightmare I will have. dont want another one tomorrow afternoon or next wednesday week.

Use your bank card for your primary method and then have a credit card as a back up and then after a while you can get verified and stuff.

Well I know what I mean I thinks.
