This may be obvious(apologies) but nobody outside the Welsh transmitting area can receive it(we are in East Sussex,and get only 4 channels),and of course you would have to speak Welsh to understand it?

Yes, the story is draging out a bit now. A friend of mine living in The North of England can get Pobol Y Cwm on S4C digital. We used to watch it when on holiday in Somerset to. You do not have to be able to speak Welsh to watch it as the omnibus edition on Sundays has on screen subtitles. I am a Welsh speaker though lol

I live in Cheshire and still get S4C through sky. And as previously mentioned, subtitles on a sunday.

cazz - I love Pobol y cwm too! i think youre the only person ive ever found who likes it! the whole anita/dwayne/garry monk thing is starting to get on my nerves! i think colin is great, very funny!

I LOVE IT TO & so does my hubby. I even record the 2 omnibus editions when we go on holiday. Although I speak fluent Welsh, hubby does nt, so that`s why we watch it on Sundays.

ur rite about the dwayne saga, it is draggin on a bit, and anita is doin my nut in over it but its th "quest" this week so hopefully hear the end of it. aye colin is a hoot, i wudnt divorce him!! lol, mark shud be privellidged that hes living with him!! i got a spare room if he kicks him out!!

Theres been some great storylines recently, Ive become hooked! My boyfriend knows not to expect other tv on a Sunday evening!
