My sister works for a security firm for the past seven years. Its an English based firm in Trinidad. She works in a household goods store on the outskirt of a city. Her working hours are 9am to 7pm. She carries a firearm which she goes to the security firm's office every morning to collect and then they drop her off to the store. In the night after the store closes she remains out side in the dark waiting for her firm to come and collect the firearm. From 7pm another security firm take up work with no firearm just strolling along the building; no security booth.
I go to pick her up sometimes and have to wait up to 20mins before they come to pick up the firearm. It happens to often i hate waiting there and its always at a distance cause i have to wait away from her.
Last week during the exchange in the night unbeknowing to both parties a bullet apparently fell and a civilian found it the next day and took it to the police station. SHE WAS GIVEN A THREE WEEKS SUSPENSION WITHOUT PAY. IS THIS FAIR?
WHAT CAN I DO?

The law in Trinidad is likely to be different from in the UK and as this is a UK based site, you probably won't find anyone on here who will be able to answer your question.
