I have lost my outlook express email facility, does anyone know how to get it back without contacting my service provider, I will probably be put through to a call centre in India at great expense. Thanks, Kath.

The cost of the call should only be the cost of the local call to your provider. In Canada we get free local calls and if I speak to my provider and they direct it to somewhere in India it does not cost me at all. I do not know how you can reconnect your email without a call to your provider. (I presume you have done all the usual stuff like disconnect your modem from your electricity for a minute or so to reset it and then reconnect your modem to the electricity and reboot your computer.
