If You Had A Twin, But Didn't Realise...

Hi all - I hope you're all having a good PM...?
It's my boss's 30th birthday on the 16th July and she has asked me to source some ideas for a cool and funky venue for between 40/50 guests to party, on that day, which is a Saturday.
She's looking to hire out a room with its own bar. Not too expensive, but could agree to a guaranteed spend behind the bar of 1,000-1,500, with room hire free.
She's looking to hold the party in the West London/Central London area. I have already tried, Soho House, B'Lo, Beauford House, Tryst and Adam Street - unfortunately, they're not available on the 16th.
It's important to me that I go back with some interesting ideas, as this is a new job I'm in and I really want to impress by boss.
Thank you so much in advance for any ideas you could provide me with. xx

It's got it's own lvely room with gardens around, a stream running through it, trees, all on a rooftop! That's the old Derry & Toms building and one can access it (or used to) by the entrance of the Daily MaIl/Evening Standard entrance to the building, Can't imagine it not being expensive to hire, though and I don't think there's anything other than the big room - unlikely to close that to other diners.
Can't for the life of me remember the name of the place where all the journalists and writers go in Soho. I think parts of that place can be hired - but you might have to be a member first. A place such as that might be able to recommend another place round there that as yet hasn't been 'discovered'
P.S. A wider AB Topic would be 'People and Places'. There's a different lot pof posters in some Topics and you would have a wider net in that one. If you can't cut and paste the question, do a smaller post and refer them to this Topic.
In the meantime try
