Internet Closure

Help appreciated please.

Each time I try to install Mcafee BT Net Protect Plus my internet connection closes down before final installation takes place.
Other times it just lists components and states failed.
No help from BT except to say maybe it is a settings problem and to return it for repair.

Any Ideas.

presumably that means you are replacing the BT norton stuff?

have you uninstalled the norton?
