Anybody know how I go about plane travel whilst my broken leg is braced ? I have a holiday booked and I think my leg is still going to be pretty inflexible, if not completely straight.

Thanks

If you broke your leg AFTER you booked your holiday and took out travel insurance, your policy might cover the second seat on the plane that you will need.  Othewise you might have to pay for an upgrade to Business/First class where there might be enough space to stretch your leg out.  Of course it might be possible to ring the airline and get a seat at the front of the back section (where there's LOADS of leg room) - depending on the aircraft that will fly you of course.  Good luck! :-)

Explain to the airline and request a bulk head aisle seat with the aisle to the side of your broken leg
