It's a Sikh God's birthday and the sikhs are on the roads giving away free samosas, chappattis, sweets, chips & tom sauce ;) cokes & water......get near a temple!

Got mine - lunch starts now!

Anybody can go to a Sikh temple - the Gurdwara - for food at any time it is open.
Their generosity to the local homeless community of any colour or faith isn't mentioned enough

I have been fortunate enough to be invited to many festivities at the Gurdwara and have had a fabulous time.

I donate my surplus crops (mainly fruit trees) to the local sikh temples....my bikers don hankies on head & are never refused curries in the temples. The bikers did a special trail to the Golden Temple carrying exchange goodies from UK. They slept, ate & washed in Amritsar, in the name of goodwill.

They're planning another trip. Bikers are English!
