Warranties, extended or not, are designed to compensate the buyer for manufacturing faults. If you are planning to sabotage your TV in order to profit from the warranty then you need to fake a fault resulting from the early failure of an electronic component. I strongly suspect that you are incapable of even understanding what I am saying and are therefore incapable of doing this successfully. If you want a new TV go out and earn the money to buy one.
I think the 1 year warranty you get with the TV only covers manufacturing faults, extended warranties cover all faults and damages
However..if your 1 year warranty has run out and your TV breaks down due to an inherent fault and it is less than 6 years old you can use the Sales Of Goods Act 1979 to get them to repair or replace your TV
