my sister is taking my two 3 year old nieces to disneyland paris in the summer, her partner now can't go due to work commitments. the trip was booked through a childrens charity and they won't let her change the details to mine. would i be able to book a flight and still stay in her hotel which is in the disneyland resort? or will they say the passports have to match those of the names booked for the room? it would still be the exact same room with a double and twin bed.

I would think a brief phone call to the hotel would clear up your question in short order. (I suspect you'll find they would not turn away a paying guest, in this economy.)

my sister phoned the hotel and was told it would have to be the charity who called but they said they are not able to change the details to my name as i don't live in their house. i have priced the long weekend in a room of my own in that hotel and it was over 800!
