What to do with my garden?

I moved into a house and the back garden was severley overgrown, after chopping everything down, I found the garden was very uneven, If I stand outside my back door it goes up (like a hill) and also slants up to the right if you get what I mean, its also full of huge bumps everywhere and I just dont know what to do with it, whatever it is its gotta be cheapish..thanks in advance
