milk microbiology - cfu/ml
we did an aerobic plate count test on pasteurised milk at three different dilutions...10, 10-2 and 10-4. the colonies counted were 180, 40 and 8 respectively. this was in 0.1ml solution so to convert it to 1ml i multiplied the values by 10 making it 1800, 400 and 80. now i need to work out the cfu/ml. how do i do that?
