I'd love to bea I must admit I haven't felt this energetic for a while but I think it's because I have been exercising more! Weird that huh?!

Excercise if you are healthy does give your more energy- used to be very fit before this neurological condition. Has the opposite effect with me- exercises makes me nauseous + ache more in muscles + physiotherapy that tried a few years ago had to be stopped as it made me worse. Need to lose weight too so methinks will have to do it by diet alone. Pleased you feel great Rinkins. Now tine for me to soak this body in a hot tub, ciao all, Bea :-)
