gettin married abroad, what do i need to do when i get home
Hi all
Im getting married to my lovely hubby to be in jamaica next month and obviously my name will be changing.
What do i need to do when i get back, obviously notifying the bank, the tax office and passport office etc etc but is there any one i need to notify for legal reasons like the council etc etc???

If you book a holiday just make sure you book it in the name on your passport otherwise, to renew it you will have to pay the full fee again (unless it's changed recently) - there was no way I was going t do that with mine. Legally, your name does not have to change
Not sure about because you are getting married in Jamaica but for a UK wedding there is no need to let the tax office know personally it's an automatic thing
