I have a �1.3 m property portfolio, including a villa on the Costa Blanca, close to golf course. I need funding to do improvement works on 4 houses following tenants departure, leaving damage etc. Our Bank has declined, due to our credit rating being impaired through sickness etc. Can anyone put me in touch with private finance suppliers who will lend for a min of 3 years, with a decent rate of interest payable - plus as many holidays in the villa as they want. Any suggestions welcome, North West UK.

where abouts on the Costa Blanca.... just curious.. My parents are too and also right near a golf course!!
