The 'report 'button

Do ALL questions on the site have this...are there ever any exceptions?

The reason I ask is that I came across a question like this the other day....I though maybe I HAD reported it,and had forgotten. But another ABer noticed the same thing. Any ideas???

Many thanks Pastafreak for your kind reply. I have been on for a week; however I will probably still be green in six months because I'm a slow learner. No it's true - Really difficult to follow all the threads; to hold all that information at once. Reminds me of playing three dimensional chess upside-down under water. I wasn't very goode at that either.
