Sewing question
This seemed more appropriate than the shopping category, I hope you'll agree.
I bought some cropped jeans with "deliberate rips" in them. (I'm not a fashion victim, they were the only ones that fitted me and didn't have glitter on them, or a gross belt glued on!!!). Anyway - like the wally I am, I've stuck my foot through the ripped bit, and now, instead of "cool tears", I have a bit fat hole in my jeans leg. I was thinking of using Wunderweb (sp?) to join the two halves of the stringy bits together again, but then I realised the wunderweb would get through the gaps and wreck the iron. Any other ideas? They weren't the cheapest jeans ever and i really like them, except for the hole that looks silly, so I want to fix them! :-)
Thanks!

After you are happy with the repair trim off the raggy white therads.
I would guess that once you have them on no one will notice!!
