I'm not sure this is right. I thought Ethel a while ago had said that tractors don't need to be registered as road vehicles if the use on the road is limited to shifting stuff from fields to farm. Need to be insured though.

they are if using the main roads they have to carry No plates, Lights etc, but if crossing from one field to another NO, but we all know farmers there fields are 5 miles apart.
