My bf does it and it really gets on my nerves lol! If he does it when we're out I'm convinced people at other tables must be able to hear him!

My ex is just noisy, full stop. We would be out in a restaurant and a big-busted woman would walk past. He'd say, "Cor - you don't get many of them to the pound!" very loudly !!! I'm surprised he's never been given a black eye.

Mind you, noisy eating is nothing compared to what my late grandad used to do.
He would eat his food quietly in a refined manner, then take his top denture out and lick all the bits of congealed food off it.

yes. They do full stop. I cant help but crindge especially if I do not have an ipod to pop into my ears while they chew for Scotland. Its one thing to eat loudly but people who insist on giving you a full view of what they are eating whilst showering you ocasionally in little pieces of food...I really do not find this good or appreciate it!
