Yes - recently - unfortunately I found this site too late - there is a thread on this site started by xxx - bridie - xxx to which a large number of people have answered with entire catalogues of woe about dealing with this company. I advise you find it and read it. I'm contacting James Nicholson's local council and their trading standards department immediately.
