How good are Plusnet?

I am looking to get wireless internet and have found plusnet to be the cheapest deal but how are they in terms of customer service?

I've used them for about 4 years and found them pretty good. People complain about their traffic management but at least they are open about what they are doing. Other companies either just have a rubbish service at peak times or manage the traffic and don't tell you how. Also they have a great support forum, whenever I post a question I usually have a reply from a member of staff within minutes.

They did have a bad patch a few years back, but now they're far above the average compared to most of the big names.

If you do hit a problem with official channels, the support forums provide excellent backup from customers and staff.
