I have a small problem with the Scheduled Scan feature. It no longer runs at the set time.
I installed the software late Dec and it has been fine up until roughly the time that the clocks changed(significant?).
It was set for full system scan weekly at 7:00pm on Fridays as the only scheduled scan.
I have checked all the settings and they are OK and all updates are installed. I deleted the scan and re-created it. Nothing that I have done can get it to run. Everything works OK if I start the scan manually.
Short of reinstalling the software can anyone suggest my next move.

first turn on the windows firewall.

after that try to set the scheduled the computer when your computer is on so that it scan the computer with the full scan.

set the time . update the installed anti virus software.
