Call to Stool on the motorway

It's a fairly scatological day on here, so how about this.

You are on the motorway, in a gigantic traffic jam, and you need to number two, pretty urgently. Worse, you are in the back seat alongside the Managing Director, in the front are the Finance Director and his wife, so what the heck do you do? You can't relieve the pressure by sneaking farts out because of the disgusting odour and the risk of follow-through. Last night's curry was not such a good idea.

This MUST have happened to somebody - so what do you do?
