Mac or PC?

If you install OS X on non-Apple equipment you will be breaking the terms of the End User Licence Agreement. You will also find it extremely difficult, and you won't get any support (except from the hacking community).

Rojash is correct.

1) It's illegal.

2) The whole point of the Mac system is stability and ease of use, which is directly from a very controlled hardware environment. The system isn't made to run on any old hardware like Windows or Linux.

If you are not a computer expert, you would have great difficulty getting OSX to run on a PC.

You can use Boot Camp on a Mac Mini to use it as a Mac or boot up in Windows.
