Oily Spotting
The weight-loss drug Orlistat. Is this the same sort of stuff as goes into sugar free mints and stuff or is it just a happy coincidental side effect for those looking to lose weight?
If I eat sugar free mints too much and I get the runs and greasy poo and nasty farts, and these are the same sort of side effects as orlistat.
Please tell me I'm not the only one who gets this, or I'll look like an idiot.

Orlistat (Xenical) is an actual drug, which alters and reduces fat absorption in your bowel, hence you have more undigested fat in your motions, which makes them looser and sometimes 'oily' (Not nice)
There are NO drugs in sugar free mints. Just to clarify.
