shouldn't think so.  Mine loves raw cabbage and raw potatoes - and pea pods are best of all.  Can't help feeling the avocados are a bit expensive to feed the dog on!

If your dog doesn't show any ill effects then I don't think so coupra. Maybe not too many would be best. she might be needing some nutritional value in them right now. They are quite high in the better type fat plus lots of other nutrients. Sometimes pets, and humans, will turn to a particular food as a temporary measure to correct inbalances. On the other hand they, and  we can go for something because we like the taste, and for other reasons. It will be interesting to see if it makes a difference in the condition of her coat etc. (not that I'm saying there must be something wrong with her looks)
