I can still find them, maybe because I am involved in them and can track them through my profile.
I dont think many people have posted this month due to the answers being posted. Shame really as if a clue had been asked for, it probably would have been given immediately but because of the answers blatently written up people were put off posted answers and/or questions. Ah, the irony....
I still think that Stormin is one of last month's antagonists using reverse psychology to try and discourage us from using this site. Why else would he or she post all those answers and even when we pointed out that it was not necessary then posted a load more with message "anarchy rules".
There was no advantage to be gained from these postings by any one, indeed some of them were wrong. But where did Storming come from, why have we never heard from Stormin before and of course having communicated with him/her, why did they choose the aggressive response, ignoring everything we said?
I would like to point out that I am not Stormin' if I wish to post I will always use the same name.
I agree with you Del 424 posting long lists of questions by tazgirl from one quiz is just bone idle. But what makes it worse is the amount of answers that people give to these lazy contestants. As I have said before I see nothing wrong with posting a question near the closing date for a quiz if you have really made an effort to find the answer but if someone puts up loads of questions why don't people refuse to give them answers?
I don't like using the terms 'lazy' or 'idle' as we don't know how much work was put in, so who are we to judge. That said 62 Qs does seem a lot, especially all at once. Maybe ask a few and see what response you get, or wait to see if someone else asks some of them, i.e. use this site as the forum it is.
I personally think this month's quizmail has been some what spoilt by the blatant posting of answers. As I said above, in response I think we all refused to post answers (as oarsman suggested). This plan was some what flawed though as we were all stuck on the answers the spoiler wanted so we gave in eventually!! Surely asking for help on a couple of answers/giving a couple of answers is different then asking for half of them/posting all answers when not requested and so isn't as hypocritical as its been suggested. After all, whether we do it for fun or take it seriously, we do all pay to take part and hope to win the prize so why spoil quizmail by giving out all answers - what do it achieve, surely we all lose? Maybe some answers were deliberately wrong but that seems selfish to me. You come to this site seeking a right answer and in return give a wrong one, how nice of you!
Its fair to say you don't have to read whats been posted, but when its in the main question you dont have much choice and have read half of the answers before realising. Kinda like saying "Don't read this" you see, you just did - but you didn't have to!
I don't know if this post even makes a point, but its want I think and maybe addresses some of the earlier posts. Sorry it was so long, thanks for sticking with it!!!!
