Do you have a morning "ritual"as such?

I am on autopilot most days, awakened by either a cat or small child, shower, dress, bring in milk, let cats in or out, savour two coffees whilst preparing breakfast, feed two zombielike boys, quick scan of the newspaper and out!

This morning I have had a leisurely breakfast (poached egg and a toasted brioche), I have put together a picnic with lots of goodies and am now going to put my feet up for ten minutes until the boys arrive then we are off out for the day..
