my husband & i have a joint mortgage we are separating amicably is it possible for our son to take over my husbands half of the house & mortgage payment also i would like to know if i can change my husbands car loan into my name. also my husband is in debt with nat west bank �6000 which he is payiying at �211 per month on a ccj would this affect me if he defaults
