1960's fiction/humor title
1 Answers
When I was in college in the late 60's in Brighton,UK, I read a terrifically funny book from the public library. It was a contemporary fiction about a down-and-out film director who goes to South America to film a drama/romance using a local film crew of guys who don't have a clue, and, unheard of actors who are out of shape and out of the acting loop. It was hilarious. Does it ring a bell, anyone?

It's a similar story, I suspect. I looove Steve Buscemi!
