The lady in hospital in a coma (with a Husband called William) had her baby and Social Services changed their minds and let the Father keep the baby. The Mother then died.
Molly won 10000 in a competition and paid for Brendon and Kate to go round the world. She also put money in accounts for Julia, Terence and Thomas.
William bought a house as a surprise for Mary. The house had a separate "granny" flat for Molly and Rick.
When they went to look round the house Terence was waiting for them as a surprise.
William and Mary discussed getting married (again) and decided they didn't want to and should stay as they are.
Mrs Ball became the new temorary receptionist at the Undertakers. Jane came back to apologise to William, but hit the roof when she saw Mrs Ball working there. She later changed her mind and apologised for her behaviour and said she'd come back to work.
The midwife friend of Mary's who's pregnant (name has slipped my mind) had a massive row with her boyfriend Eamonn.
They all had a big party at the end in the new house.
Hope that helps!
Molly's cancer treatment was a success. The girl in a coma was delivered of a baby boy and social services decided not to contest the baby going to it's father. Mary's partner in Midwifery chucked her boyfriend and William's friend (Bill?) from the band is really interested in her. William bought a big house in another area, so Mary's son came home to live with them, and it had an annexe so that Molly and Rik could live with them as well. The old guy from the Funeral business and William and Mary's housekeeper declared themselves a permanent item and the old receptionist came back and they all made up their differences. Kate's boyfriend didn't respond to a text she sent him after she decided she had done the wrong thing in chucking him, and she was devestated that she appears to have lost him for good.
Molly won 10,000 in a competition and brought round the world airfairs for the three eldest children and put money in trust for the younger kids to do the same later.
There was a big housewarming at the new house. William and Mary decided they were not going to marry as they were OK as they were, and William threw the engagement ring out the window and the end of the programme showed the ring hanging off the branch of a tree.
Sounds all very naff now it is all written out! However, I really enjoyed this series.
