I googled Vigo in Portugal and up came 'Day excursion to Vigo and Portugal from Santigo de Compostela' so that's how I got the idea.

Having known this area of Spain, Galicia, for the last 40 years, plus the northern area of Potugal, it was a bit of a shock, when I read your 'revelation'
I Googled and got the same site as you - a quick read may me think twice - Google maps solved/confirmed for me.
They say 'Google is your friend' - it can nip you in the a??e if you dont watch it :-)
