I still love Rothesay Slinky..I dont greet when I go ther now..

My Brother and his Missus bought a Huge Bloody house there about two years ago as a Holiday home weekend hideaway type thing so I go over every now and again..Its really lovely..One of their neighbours is a guy who has a Horse and Carriage so me and the kids get a free tour round the Waterfront when we go. Its brill...I love the home made scones at Musiker cafe...
I also remember when we went away to the east coast - Mablethorpe I think it was. trod on a long black thorn in the sand dunes, and had to be carried everywhere after that!!! : )
Was in Rothsay about seven years ago. Would have considered staying but the ex Mr Razzle griped about nothing to do....

First holiday was to my aunt in Birmingham when I was seven......we went on the overnight boat... then by train....it seemed like forever to get there but enjoyed the stay
this is good,this is therepy
Well how about remembering first trips abroad then? Mine was to somewhere in Belgium - don't ask.
So was mine Ice, school day trip lol

i stayed up at the golf coarse, all my family still live there, across from the castle.done my nurses training in that little cottage hospital(where i was born)
Better than mine Elvis. I was only little, and was dragged around to visit some war graves where great great grandad......is. : (
My first holiday abroad was to USA when I was 9. we spent a week in New York with relations of my Dad and then we went to Florida for two weeks.
I remember we stayed in two different parts of Florida and had a 20 minute flight to get from one part to the other..that was cool..me and my sister had a game of connect 4 on the flight..funny the things you remember..
I also remember ther was a Tornado warning on the telly in Florida and I was bloody terrified..Think I will remember Disney World, Busch Gardens, The Sea Life Centre, Outdoor cinema and Shopping Malls until the day I die..We saw Indiana Jones at the drive in cinema and I thought it was pure smart that I saw it a long time before it got released in Britain..

Kids these days take too much for granted I think...

Anyhoo, thats another story...lol...

Slinky..my big bro is a regular on the Golf Course in Rothesay, with his wee glove and pringle jumpers..lol...
Great Place..going back with my beloved for another weekend of solitude and passion soon I hope...x
