try a teriaki or chinese marinade
Diane sauce, mmm or Peppercorn
fried onions, tomato sauce and bread... :-))
mmmmmm just steak ,a lovely blue steak with eff alll on it mmmmmmmmmmmm
get the garlic off - can't do that to steak.

Cut the steaks 2inches thick - hammer - freeze. Grill frozen steak sprinkled with salt, 5mins each side for rare or more for well-done. Knob of butter on top, under grill again to burn butter & serve.
Mayo
A sauce made with Red,green and yellow sweet peppers,onions,soy,Barbeque/tomato sauce and honey!
pepper sauce is very nice with steak. can get them in sachets from the supermarkets
bernaise sauce. Peppercorn sauce. But if you mean just on its own without a sauce make sure you season it well and try some thyme. That goes quite well.
