well sqad would be your best bet for ENT but anything ending in "itis" means inflammation so could display a lump or swelling, did doc look into throat if not ask to go back for reassurrance.

Plenty of images if you wish for Pharyngitis

Does it look like any of these?

Pharyngitis means inflammation at the back of the throat and can be painful. It can feel scratchy and make swallowing painful.
Confusing.
First you describe it as "wart like" and then you describe it as a "lump".....can't be both.

My best guess is that it is a papilloma.......a benign warty growth, common around the uvula. Treatment is either to leave them alone or have them surgically removed which is quite a simple proceedure.

Ethel has given you her usual Googled sites, but if it is not there, just Google ,,PAPILLOMA.
