I just cannot see it working. We have got some of the Indian guys here now learning the work and the staff who are training them are so bitter that they're telling them the wrong things!!!!!! Lol.

Last week I phoned an insurance company and spoke to 'Kevin' - it was blatently an Indian call centre - in the past I have spoken to a Janet - Dorothy and Susan. All from Indian call centres - it does make me laugh - are they using English names to disguise the face they are in India ?
I don't have a problem with Indian call centres - but for the likes of my Dad who is 80 - he can't understand a bloody word they are saying.

We can't have it both ways - we want everything as cheap as we possibly can, and we want to be paid as much as possible.
If one insurance is showing a bit cheaper that the competitors on a comparison site, it will get more business. At the point of sale people don't care that the call centre is out sourced.
