registering on e-bay

I dont have a credit card, but have a maestro debit card. I would like to register on e-bay, but it wont accept the card details because there isnt an issue number. Can anyone advise?

I'm no expert, but if this is the first such card you have had, it is your first issue, so if you put "1" in the issue number box, that would be correct. Such information requests usually state "leave blank if no issue number". Good luck.

The issue numbers on mine have always been 0,  you could try that?

Mine doesn't have an issue number so I have always ignored that box on forms and things usually go through ok.
