can anyone help value this car?

Hi, we have a V reg year 2000 BMW 530D autotourer SE estate with an M1 badge on steering wheel. It is quite a rare model and has always attracted alot of interest from other BMW owners but no source can work out its value for a sale! It has over 100k on clock but looks and drives superbly, has TV and phone, cream leather trim and only minor superficial cosmetic damage to under front plastics (mudguard etc). Can anyone help as mum wants to sell it privately to a fan type buyer and we havent got a clue, apart from what we wont consider so...! Any advice welcomed from those in the know, many thanks!!
