Devon. We have now gone digital, and I have a top box. My analogue recorder is now not suitable. What do I need to purchase to compliment my set so that I can record and replay programmes. I have a dvd player, but that is a one operation only - to play dvds. I am happy to dispose of my old recorder and tapes. Good reception on most freeview channels. Thanks for any advice.

Hi jonesy, you can buy Freeview plus boxes (from tesco, argos etc) that are like sky plus so you can pause rewind and record TV. I have one it's brilliant. They are available from about 70 to silly prices but worth it in my opinion.

Thanks so much. I was afraid to go to Comet or the likes, because they tend to go on a bit, without a straight, simple answer.
