Swine flu -OTT?

i dont know if this is a bit OTT or what but when i went into work today.......... there was a bottle of that foam antibacterial stuff, a massive tub of antiseptic wipes and a A4 size 4 page booklet about how to clean your self and advise on what to do if we suspect a pandemic flu on EVERY DESK!....... so we all started cleaning our desk, keyboard, computer, phone etc!!
i thought it was amusing really... but a bit OTT dont you think??

anyone else got these lately from work?

WhiteBear, it is only OTT if this pandemic is contained, if it is not, then the instructions, regarded as OTT , if not followed diligently would be considered to be good precautionary measures.

The next 8 months will give you that answer.

i don't think its that ott. i mean, yeah if it is purely for swine flu, that's crazy, but there's germs everywhere anyway. i guess it would make your work a bit healthier. i heard on the news that no-one out of mexico has or will die from it and that it's getting less 'dangerous' as it's being passed on.
i find it hilarious how this one girl in my friends class jumps everytime someone coughs or sneezes lol :L
