that has these little "beings" it is about this apartment building that developers are wanting to buy and tear down but the people who live in it want to keep their homes, it has an old couple and a big black man and the man finds the little things in some sort of shed on the roof of the building, the things then proceed to fix up the place.......any idea? i think jessica tandy is in it
