I've got em now and they're driving me crackers. !!! Does anyone else get em, and if so, how do u deal with it.
I only get them when I take my sleeping tablet, anyone that ant had em just wunt understand wud they !

I use to get them when I took nytol. It it kinda defeated the purpose as it kept me awake. It's as frustrating as as a fly zooming round the room that you can't catch....

I switched to alcohol instead...!!!
calpol was my downfall ummmm lol
Quinine tablets help curvybird.
Curvybird,my usual stance is to render our moggy friend between the offending legs helpless, and the now jellyfied legs fall asleep with the now snoozing Pu$$y.
Tonic water has quinine in it and it seems to help some folk. There are tablets you can get from doc - mother in law takes them - but I'm not too sure how effective they are, they're quite new on the market but I don't know the name
Hi curvybird. It sems that restless legs syndrome is made worse by resting and lying down, and it's better to pace round for a bit. Over-use of caffeine, alcohol or smoking can make it worse, and sometimes it shows the start of other conditions, such as diabetes. If any symptoms like this are treated, then the RL tends to disappear, and there are various drugs which can help to get rid of the creeping or crawling sensations inside the legs. Can't be very nice - and must make people tired the next day if it keeps them awake, but it can hapen to anyone, at relatively any age. x

I hear yeh curvy ... Drives me potty too :( the only way that I feel at ease with em is to constantly shake them drives mr hart barmy .. I use antistax it's a gel it soothes an cools yeh legs it really works for me ... Or stretch ur legs as far as u can do that about 5 times that helps me .. :)
try yoga in the evenings.
