Yeah, sure when i've had a kip, I'll be getting back home about 5am.
I've been on one before, but at a less "notorious" place . . . I saw, heard and sensed absolutely nothing (I think I am not sensitive to these things) but other more sensitive people did.

I think there is a bit too much evidence around to dismiss it all.

Do a bit of research on "cold reading". This is the technique most "psychics" use. Once you know the way it's done you will only be surprised by just how gullible people can be.

mariner2, by saying "other more sensitive people did" you are begging the question. Surely what you should be investigating is whether these people are truly sensitive to something supernatural or whether they are faking, lying or just gullible.

I suppose I am investigating that in a way as I am waiting for something to happen to me personally to give myself proof, which will in turn prove they are genuine too.
I got some interesting photographs of a lot of lights that were in one frame but not the next and I have no explanation for it (I am a professional photographer) and this happened twice in quick succession at about 10pm, then nothing else all night.
Not exactly earth shaking stuff I know, and if they were anybody else's photos I wouldn't give them a second thought so I don't expect anybody else to.
This is nothing to do with psychic readings though Graham, (see "non-profit making" above) its just some nice quiet people who say they are sensitive to these things and I am interested enough to go along and see.
They got some impressions that tallied with those of other psychics, but I know that means little too.

Any feelings of discomfort should be admonished by telling the offending spirit to leave.

Infrasound has been suggested as another possible reason for these sensations. It can't be heard by the human ear, but we can still be affected by the vibrations it produces. Might be worth reading about too..

They are United Paranormal Investigations and they are on Facebook, but they don't post much there and the official website is under construction.
We were at Coalhouse Fort, East Tilbury in Essex.
