Workout DVDs seem to be the best option at the mo its easy with the money and family situations alot of us ladies have!
Can you reccomend a good one that really worked quick for you?

exercise and eat like a female bodybuilder and you will look lean and toned. Forget the naff exercise vids.

Lose the weight slowly, it will stay off longer, there's no quick, long lasting fix to losing weight and keeping it off.
I can't be bothered with workout DVDs. I may not have a family but working from 7.30 to 5 each day kind of takes it out on me so I prefer to cut done on food. As Funnygirl says, cut down on carbs and eat more veg. But whatever you do don't overdo it on fruit as it contains carbs/sugars.

Ive done all this! I eat nothing but Veg and fresh food and loads of water etc - i just seem to have put on alot of weight and i just need to shift it cus ive got a wedding in 7 weeks!
You are going to be the same person, thin or large.

Don't worry.
stick on your fave cd and dance to it for half hour to an hour each day
