Still having doubts about clue 94 :" Shakespearean items of headgear come from two extremes" (10letters)
Souwester has been suggested, but cannot see Shakespearean connection
Is anyone else having problems with this clue.??

look at clue 2 (not the answer, the clue) and take the first few letters and some of the last to give a word for a dish also sometimes used to describe a type of hat (historically)
clue 2 was
Portion of bread raises the standing of bell-ringers

clue94 was
Shakespearean items of headgear come from two extremes (10)

two extremes means clue 2 extremes ie the first three letters POR(tion) and the last 7 letters RINGERS

which gives you the word Porringers

Porringers are small dishes and also headress shaped like such a dish (shakespearian)

there is little room for doubt!
sorry if my clue was too obscure that was exactly where i was pointing you towards

Good luck
